The Volunteer Center wants to make sure that our client organizations are able to attract and retain the volunteers they need to run smoothly. We know how important volunteers are to an agency’s wellbeing. That is why we direct an annual Volunteer Recruitment Training for our client organizations. We believe it is important to share new strategies and tips to help you understand your volunteers.
